Moçâmedes Meteor 75-07-03

Bishop Alexandre Fidelius O’Martin of Moçâmedes, in the Archdiocese of Lubango has demanded that the Portuguese authorities clarify why there have been so many Portuguese military aircraft flying over Moçâmedes from the Portuguese base at Cuito Cuanavale.  He suggests that the colonial government was “bullying” his congregation with their actions.  No reply has been received as we go to print, to numerous calls by the Meteor to the Portuguese Air Force 2ª Região Aérea HQ outside Luanda
